I joined the site because I feel like this is a very supportive and tight-knit community, where many people know your name and you aren't just one of five million people (as long as you're active, of course).

I don't know whether to say I'm lonely or that, due to my habits and actions, I choose to be alone in the real world and desire some form of interaction outside of work. Either way, here I am, lol.

I have an awkward work and sleep schedule, so I'll probably not be around at the peak hours when everyone else is on in the U.S., but I've been a pretty consistent lurker for a while and plan on continuing to visit the site with some regularity.
