I'm 57, married and in the UK - pretty certain have Asperger's.
Believer in sport and exercise to improve inclusion in society and mental health.
My default position is believing that anything I do isn't worthwhile but sometimes through my sport and volunteering activities people say I'm doing well which I guess is partly why I do it!
Plenty of acquaintances in life but no real friends so would love to make some here and talk about anything at all really. Please feel free to PM!
