To tell people you love that you love them. Let them know you care. To not be so stubborn with things that you never say anything to them. Hindsight 20/20, I would have been there more and I would have done more with them.

I don't know if this actually helps, but I've heard magnesium helps with sleep. I take it for pain management, but for the most part I can fall asleep just fine. I have an issue staying asleep for longer than a couple of hours sometimes, though.
