Any other romantically unsuccessful people here cursed with the "big nose and small chin/jaw" situation?

The only Kardashian I find attractive is Kendall Jenner. Prob cause she's had the least work done.

The Nice Guy syndrome. Are you suffering from it?

For those who are actually interested in the book and Dr. Glover's advice for guys who suffer from "nice guy syndrome," here is my interview with him:

Any other romantically unsuccessful people here cursed with the "big nose and small chin/jaw" situation?

My nose isn't huge, but my nostrils are. I don't know how much of an effect that has had on my ability (or lack thereof) to attract women. Are huge nostrils a turn off for women? I would think it would be. Anything that is out of proportion is usually a turn off.

The Nice Guy syndrome. Are you suffering from it?

Yes, and I agree. Advice is just advice. You aren't just going to automatically succeed just by following someone's advice. If that were the case, we would all be billionaires just by listening to Warren Buffet. Same with dating. I've made all these changes, but have seen little to no...

The Nice Guy syndrome. Are you suffering from it?

Some people are naturally lazy and unhygienic. How was that not who I was? There are people who are on the opposite side of the spectrum and are neat freaks. There are people who are OCD who wash their hands every minute. This isn't healthy either, but that's who they are at their core. For...

The Nice Guy syndrome. Are you suffering from it?

Instead of saying be yourself, a better piece of advice would be the best version of yourself. I used to not care about my looks or fashion at all. I would just wake up in the morning, maybe splash some water on my face, throw on whatever clothes were lying around (even if they didn't match)...

The Nice Guy syndrome. Are you suffering from it?

I've said this in another thread, but I think one of the worst pieces of advice women give when it comes to dating is to just be yourself. It just makes guys more frustrated. It's like, "I've been being myself for the last 30 something years, and it's never worked." As far as reading this book...

What are some of the best dating sites for a shy loner?

Dating apps have never worked for me. I remember when Tinder was the hot new app and it first came out, and I did a review for it. I thought it was a decent app. But after using it for a while, I realized that probably only the top 10% of guys were probably getting success from it. The rest...

Being a broke, unattractive, straight, male means being forced to come to terms with the fact that you will never be a commodity to anyone.

Yes, totally agree with all of this. A lot of guys are stuck in this "nerd culture." Many of the strong fundamentals of becoming an attractive man, like a coming of age, rite of passage, male role models, and understanding assertiveness and aggression have been eliminated in the modern world...

    Struggling to approach women?

No, I wouldn't be myself. But like I said before, I'd be a better version of myself. I think it depends on what changes we're talking about here. Like, let's say a woman is into jocks and sports. And me being a nerd, I'm into anime. So to try to attract that woman, I pretend to be into...

    Struggling to approach women?

I think ultimately, people should do what works for them. The fact that you've had 5-6 serious girlfriends shows that being yourself has worked for you. But I'm talking about the guys who have had no success with women whatsoever. For those guys, a change is definitely in order. Pretty much...

    Struggling to approach women?

I try not to think about it as changing myself. But as becoming a better version of myself. From speech, to fashion, to hygiene, etc., I realized I had to do something to try and improve my results. While it may fall under looks, it's not something you're born with. And it's something most...

    Struggling to approach women?

You would actually be surprised at the number of men who have a great career, money, look decent, and still can't attract women. This book goes way beyond talking about money and looks. Those are the two things everyone thinks about, but there's much more to it than that. It also talks about...

    Struggling to approach women?

I agree. Pickup artists are really just throwing things at a wall and seeing what sticks. There's no real science behind it. If anyone wants to learn how to be a man of value for women, I recommend the book, "Mate: Become the Man Women Want" by Tucker Max. Tucker Max partners with a PHD Dr...

Incels - A Symptom of Sick Social System

That is very true. This is something I've talked about in the past. It is something I am definitely working on. Being nice without any expectations of getting something back.

Incels - A Symptom of Sick Social System

I think every guy who has trouble with women has seen these types of guys. Isn't that where the whole, "I'm such a nice guy. Why doesn't any woman like me?" or "Why are women into bad guys?" mindset comes from? Pointing these types of guys out doesn't make guys more motivated or gives them...

Incels - A Symptom of Sick Social System

Exactly, by definition, I'm an incel. But I'm not part of any movement or anything. I just haven't been able to get a girlfriend. I try to improve myself everyday though. I don't place blame on anyone or hold any sort of resentment.

Incels - A Symptom of Sick Social System

Wow, really? I wish I could be like this. I find that it bothers me more the older I get. Cause it's like....will it ever end?

Are fat people allowed to have standards?

Totally off topic, but I had no idea this was even a job. What exactly did you do as a *** coach? Lol
