A couple of years ago, three times in as many months I would be driving somewhere and suddenly not have the vaguest idea where I was going or even where I was. I would just keep driving until something looked familiar. Scarey and glad it hasn't happened any more. I still have a problem...

Grateful. Although I am in a place in my life that I never would have imagined a few years ago, I am grateful for the new friends I have made and the safe and wonderful place I have to live.

Before diabetes (type II) it was Lady Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. Now it is carb-control Chocolate Pecan from Braum's.
