I'm looking for your help and ideas on starting a charity for folk like us.

You see when I was looking for an organization to get some help/support with loneliness and social isolation I could not find one.

Then I recently started to look for charities to volunteer with there were ones for old lonely people, ones for disabled lonely people and "mentoring" ones for youth's. But for a lonely able bodied adult between 18 and 65, nothing. Sure there are the suicide groups like the Samaritans and that but No charity or organization that someone struggling with loneliness, isolation, social skills, confidence can go to.

So if there was one, would you use it? If so what facilities do you think it should have, what support could it give? Would you be interested in supporting such a thing?
