I listened to the whole thing, there are some brilliant things in here. I liked the long subtle runs especially. There was only a short instance in the first half that sounded a bit too busy. I will make note of my favourite segments on the next listen, I enjoyed the second half the most. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. Well if one person enjoyed then it wasn't a total loss, lol.

And yes, I do at times. I also have severe ibs which I have had since I was a child and it's one of the only things that helps.
