last year round december i would get this feeling that i never felt before. my first thought was Nirvana. its a mixure of peace and pleasure when sleeping. i felt like my body was one with the universe.

I don't really know how I'm feeling in my sleep till I wake up and remember, I suppose. Dreams are turbulent some times, some times not so much. On a good day though, laying in bed, tired, ready to sleep, my bed is quite nice and quite comfy, and I enjoy being all wrapped up in sheets.

Nirvana - the out breath...

As for being one with the universe...

A man walks into a pizza shop...

Occasionally, but usually it's in those last few minutes of sleep. For arguments sake, say the last 15 minutes. During this time, I am aware nothing can harm me, and the bed isn't just a place of rest, but a whole entire universe.

When I'm not having nightmares or waking up suddenly at 4 AM, then sleep does tend to be peaceful.

the feeling is hard to explain. like how do i know my arm is where its at kinda thing. i guess you wouldnt know till it happened to you. i also had this sensation with my mind, i never felt it before, id say it was better than sex only it was totally different from sex i think it had something to do with the pineal gland.
