Love - 'Far Away' by Nickelback

Hate -(the same song you do). Achy Breaky Heart I cringe whenever I hear it.

Meh, how easy is it to only choose one song? ^^

Love: "Day Eleven: Love" - Ayreon (Absolutely beautiful song with two of my favorite vocalists, Heather Finlay and James LaBrie)

Hate: My World - Guns 'n Roses (Hey I love Guns 'n Roses, but that song is just god awful and the first one that came to my mind)

Love: Tool - Crawl Away
Tool kicks ass

Hate: Alan Jackson - Remember When
This has got to be the worst song ever, hearing it makes me want
to jump off a tall building

Tool is awesome. Too bad all of their music is so dark. Not always in the mood for that. But indeed a great band ^^

Love: Josh Groban - My December (best music video too), Remember, You Raise Me Up

Hate: mmm, so many....Anything copied from a very good original, Westlife and the typical boybands.

I, personally, want to go on some kind of spree when I walk into a shop and hear any of that pop-punk-emo-core-goth-punk crap. It counts as one song, since it's all the same song repeated ad nauseam by many bands. Sadly, you hear it an awful lot these days.

I always enjoy it when someone, somewhere is playing some Sinatra, though. Can't go wrong with Sinatra on the PA.

Love: "Coming Up"--Paul McCartney. This song usually cheers me up when I am having a totally rotten day.

Hate: "Chasing Cars"--Snow Patrol. Uggggh!!! This is so annoying and overplayed (on the radio station my work always has on)!!!!

My best song of all time is 'How Soon is Now?' by the Smiths.

The worst song is "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls.

I remember hearing it on the radio when it first came out and calling the station again and again to report that it was the most insipid song with the stupidest lyrics ever!

I hate rap. and beat-boxing. Any and all of it should die, forever. And never come back. Ever.
I like the song "Love Hurts" by Incubus.
And most the stuff from Amy Lee and her groupies, er, I mean Evanescence. I like that too.
And of course anything a guitar n00b like me can play is deffs a likable song, So I'll have to include Nirvana. I like Nirvana.

Best: The Rover-Led Zeppelin

Worst:Crank Dat- Soulja Boy (or whatever it's called ,it's terrible, but then again the entire genre is terrible, in my opinion)

The best song I've ever heard is probably Ocean, by John Butler. It's absolutely amazing, and I'd strongly encourage anyone to watch it on Youtube:

The worst song I've ever heard? I couldn't really tell, because, on one hand, there are really disappointing songs on the radio - and you're absolutely puzzled by how they could have gotten so popular - and there are absolutely crappy songs by no-name bands - which don't really seem quite as obnoxious since there's no accountability of media success. That said, I shall evade this question. :D

Wow, that song was great! Very talented guy. 12-string guitars are so sexy ^^(Well, 11 strings on closer inspection)

^ Hells yeah. It's such a beautiful song, and he plays it differently each time. I've tried learning it, but the fast celtic runs near the beginning when the pace picks up and the intense steroid-strumming near the end trip me up. :(

That could probably change by the minute.

Worst: Possibly the Shaggs "My Pal Foot Foot". The fact that their father rented the recording studio for them and the studio staff on hearing the Shaggs suggested that they go home and learn how to play their instruments before attempting to record is an indication of the total lack of ability on this recording.

Hacked-at drumbeats, whacked-around chords, songs that seem to have little or no meter to them ... being played on out-of-tune, pawn-shop-quality guitars all converge, creating dissonance and beauty, chaos and tranquility, causing any listener coming to this music to rearrange any pre-existing notions about the relationships between talent, originality, and ability. There is no album you might own that sounds remotely like this one." ~Cub Koda

While they had no musical ability at the time there is still an appeal to their efforts and is appreciated by many who enjoy 'outsider' music.

Best: Who know. Probably depends on my taste at the moment if it has to be only one. Rather off the wall i will go with Grin - End Unkind
