Have you guys heard of it? I used them quite a bit in the later part of my depression, serotonin boosts and anti-anxiety stuff. It worked great! Well, either the waves did, or the placebo effect, i personally have no idea, but i suspect it's the latter.
There's science behind though. Basicly, as we all know, sound is pretty much nothing more than waves just chilling in different frequencies, now, some frequencies are at a stage where the waves change the vibrations of the atoms in your brain, making the atoms change their chilling pattern into something more .. err ... chill.
So it basicly sets your brain into the state that you are trying to achieve.
Anyway, here are some examples.
Anxiety/Depression:
Sleep:
Concentration:
Serotonin Boost:
Just, for the love of god, make sure your headphones (yes, use headphones) are the right way around. Especially with the isochronic ways. Or else you'll pretty much get opposite results. (Assuming this stuff does anything)
So what do you guys know about this, and think about it?
