tital says it all i am sick and tired f being alone it hurts...
i am verry shy an low confedents and no hope so it hard...
no one to talk to u guys in chat caht but u know...
every where i feel leftout EVERYWHERE...

it feels like a am going mad

Yep, I feel you. The one good thing that happened to me recently is that I've realised that I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MORE TO LOSE. Thus, I all of a sudden gained the confidence to just go out to a bar and chat to strangers. My thinking was that I am going to die if I don't do something, so I'm making a last ditch attempt to change my life. So far it's a slow process, but I am making headway.

I read it somewhere in the posts - there are good days and bad days, don't think about how lonely you are, just keep yourself busy. Maybe chatting to strangers will help, you'll be surprised to know how many people will talk with you at the supermarket, the park, etc. The more you think how lonely you are, the more it gets you down.
