I tried this with my roommate a couple of years ago. We lasted about 3 weeks before we just kind of stopped doing it.

It works though. You do get better.

I'll probably try it again after I lose a bit more weight and it doesn't hurt my legs so bad to run.
 
Ah, thanks for adding the link. I see people doing that near where I work at. I always wondered why they'd jog for a bit then walk, then jog, then walk.
 
I just finished Week 1. Wasn't as tired on the third day as I was on the first. :)
 
5 grand just for sitting on a couch, sign me up...

Thats what I thought before looking at the link at least...

In my case, it's bed to walking the dog for 5 minutes, lol.
