Donate Bone Marrow - Save a Life

If you donate your bone marrow, you WILL save someones life.

One donation equals one saved life so it's a good way to get karma back on your side.

All you have to do is register, and send a small DNA sample to check your "type" so it can go to helping someone with the same type.

If you are black or another minority, it is even more important if you donate. These types of marrow are desperatly needed.

There are a few diseases that if you have them you can't donate, and you can't donate if you are very overweight...

I just found out I can't donate because I'm an insulin dependant diabetic. Because of this I've made it my mission to get as many people as I can to donate.

I can't donate. I've been out of the country to some "biologically hostile" environments that exclude me from being able to give blood or anything similar.

But I WOULD do it, especially if I were compensated by flirting with a hot nurse.

I donated blood before. Never again. That nurse didn't know what she was doing, and kept sticking me over and over...

hmmm, does it hurt? I give blood usually whenever I'm eligible...but bone marrow sounds scary. Like they're gonna dig into my bones and scrape out whatever is inside them.

Um, uh, actually that is exactly what they do. They take a needle the size of a turkey baster and jam it into your hip. You can be put to sleep...I understand why people can't or even won't...but please do this... sometime in your life mention it to one person.
