Hi all,
My first post. Thought I would start with something positive! I have made a huge improvement in my activity level these past few months, and it is finally starting to pay off! I can feel definition in my legs and can do five consecutive "real" pushups. My old jeans are too big now, too!
My diet and water intake has also been awesome, despite a few flubs here and there.
I am a small girl (5'1) and have always carried a few extra pounds. Never thought I could be strong or athletic, but that mindset has been changing.
Exercise and clean eating really brightens my mood. I have total control over my results, which is an amazing feeling.
