College is free in my country and it seems like I can't study abroad , and I hate every minute of being here in this country .. I don't know what to do , Im stressed about it . If Im going to move out I have to get a job first bc I have no money , and If I will complete my study that's a 3 years at least before I move out : (

There are a lot of people in america that would jump at the chance of free college. You are very lucky!

I know that three years may seem like a long time, but it really isn't.

So, I say college first and then when you do move you will have a better life for you will be able to get a better higher paying job. Seems like more and more it is money that makes the world go round.

What country are you in?

I agree with Bayouwoman. I realise that 3 years does seem a very long time when you are not happy in a place, but you would be in a far better position to move abroad with a college qualification as it would open more doors for you jobswise. When you feel down and that the walls are closing in on you, try and think about your studies and the freedom you will have to leave in three years time.

Is what you go to college for something that you have a passion for or really want to do?

If the answer is yes, most definitely go to college and then move out.

If the answer is no, think about what it is that you really want to do. Do you need an education for it? Will an education help you in the long run? Or can you find something that is exciting and interesting to you without a college education?

Think long and hard about what it is that you want to do with your life. Make a pros and cons lists of going to college and moving out now. Make sure you are really honest with both options and put everything, no matter how small on the lists. Use that as your guide.

TheRealCallie makes some very good points. Yet, I still say go for the college education. I would be a lot happier having the lifestyle I wanted, even at a job I hated than trying to live on a passion that wouldn't pay the bills. It is sad but money does make the world go round and sometimes your passions are better left as hobbies. And surely you could pick something you wouldn't loathe. Go for what would give you the most income AND the most enjoyment AND also support the best lifestyle for you. Kind of like balancing a scale or coming to a compromise in a relationship.
