I feel paranoid as hell right now

It sometimes happens to me. I am just stressed about school. Self-conscious about what I have said. I feel sick to my stomach and cannot concentrate.

I'm sorry to hear that. I sometimes get hit with bad paranoia and the best I can do it step back and take some time for myself to try to stop it before it really spirals out of control.

As dumb as this sounds, it sometimes helps me to remind myself that it is all just in my head. I may have to disconnect from the venues that are making it worse and avoid certain people for a while until I get my perspective back.

I set up a little mantra like "They are NOT all looking at me funny; the whole world does NOT hate me; it is NOT all about ME."

If I say it enough times, I begin to believe it.

Good luck, and take a deep breath. You'll pull through.
