I've had a weird sleeping pattern for the past 5 or 6 years, but it's getting worst, I'll go to sleep anywhere from 2am to 6am and wake up anywhere from 1pm to 3pm or 4pm. I'm not a morning person at all. I'm more awake, and aware at night. I just don't know what to do.

I'm the same. You just need to retrain yourself and your body.

Your circadian rhythms are out of whack.

I've been a night owl ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper, reversed sleep patterns are something that are difficult to break but once you do it is worth it.

im the same way. so it sucks on those random once in awhile days like today when i have to be at work at 9am. on top of being a light sleeper im headed to work off less than 3 scattered hours of sleep. i wish i wasnt stuck opening saturdays right now.

Sleep all day. Party all night. Never grow old. Never die.

I have that tendency as well. Left to my own devices I would probably never see the light of day, haha.

It's possible to reverse but it is difficult to get used to. However it feels worth it as long as you make good use of your day.

It's also possible to do both, but difficult. When I still had my fire job, working 48 hours on and then having 96 hours of straight off time (that's FOUR WHOLE DAYS, for those who are bad at math, basically a miniature vacation every time I got off work, **** I miss that), I'd spend at least two of them awake all night and sleeping all day. But it was a bitch to flip back around sometimes and be ready for work the day after.
