They send them in to mark us at work. Very strict and complicated.

In the past I haven't done that well but this year I have had 3 100% scores so far and I am the leading the colleague competition !

I only got 75% this time and got some **** from the manager.
I basically told him it was a load of rubbish. I am good with customers and they all like me.
They come to my till on purpose for a chat. They could go to other tills but they wait for me !

I think that's really great!

Congrats. If your manager can't see that, then he's just stupid. Maybe he's jealous? When customers flock to a certain emploee, that says something good about the employee.

To be fair to my manager he did agree with me when I told him how popular I am with some customers.

I think these mystery shoppers are just miserable people.
It's an unfair and flawed system. I was glad I gave the manager a piece of my mind and didn't just accept his criticism.
