Back to the thread's main ... if I want an AI clone of say Kate McKinnon would the real one (who's also LGBT) claim copyright grant / payment

Very likely.

At the start I can see allot of people wanting copies, and anyone who makes them without consent will likely be sued

I want Emma Stone's voice for my AI, but I'm sure women will provide similar voices
