How does one go about removing accounts from this place? Why is there no self-delete feature in the control panel, or a disable function? If it's a function that can be turned on or off, I believe it should be turned on.

Well, either get banned or ask the mods to delete your account. I think those are the only two ways you can.

It still seems quite a unnecessarily burdensome system. A check box seems a lot easier.

Anyways... It was helpful to be here at one point and I have met a few genuinely kind people. But, I have no further use for this account as it's only bringing me more pain now.

Good luck in all you do and I hope those deserving find happiness and a true end to their loneliness. Don't give up. Don't quit. Keep looking forward because there's nothing in the past and the future is always just right in front of you.

Since I'm on my way out, I just wanted to mention that I wasn't having a "tantrum" over at the "intelligent/stupid people" thread. That was just a bit a sarcasm at the absurdity of it all, mixed with my brand of silliness; as evidenced by my having to start a new thread to continue my tyraid again Mondays. But I guess one would have to know me as a person to properly get that. tehdreamer is tehsilly.

Words on a screen hardly does anyone any justice as tone can only be inferred and implied and true feelings have yet to be able to transfer through monitors and modems.

For reference: My tone while writing this, is one of disappointment and sadness.
