wow..me too,,chronic amxieties..nothing wrong with me physically,but if any stress,i'll be awake and not sleep.i'm unemployed and receive total disability..read my profile..i' ve been lonely for years..read my profile...it's different..i've had an odd life i guess

Why not join in organizations near you, a volunteer group or peer counseling and etc. In this way you are going to meet new friends that could help you a lot
