I have a difficult year ahead, so I can't make any long term plans. But these are the things I would like.x

1. Quality time with my family.
2. Spend time with my friends and maintain those lovely friendships.
3. Keep hold of my job.
4. Read more books, watching plenty of new films.
5. Have built some savings up by this time next year.
6. Have improved by health and fitness of 50% of my whole target by this time next year.
7. Have raised some money for a Charity close to my heart

These are all things I have somewhat control of.

2016 is the year of me, I hope that is not selfish. I worry still.

I always have and will give myself to family.

Be a fun, wonderful grandma for the first time.

Time to put on my big girl panties say no and do things I enjoy for once.

Run a 10 Km marathon I am in better shape now, than in my 20's.

Have someone pursue me, rather than the other way.

Skinny dip like I did when I was in my teens..

Looking forward to...

1. forgetting how horribly depressing 2015 was
2. my bf coming back to the States from a 7mth deployment
3. moving across the country to be w him
4. finally/hopefully beginning a life that I want
5. working out & eating more to maintain a healthy weight

Worries of 2016...

1. Bf being deployed again because, F* you ISIS
2. Idiots voting the Trump into office
3. Both grandparents & 2 aunties have their health & cancer worsen

1. My ECON papers being finished.
2. Moving out of home (finally)
3. Building up a much better social circle.
4. Band hopefully doing gigs later in the year.
5. Releasing my second electronic album.
6. Hopefully getting a reasonable job so I can save up money for more music gear or travel.

Putting 2015 and my ex behind me
Learning to be a better friend to myself
Completing a fundraiser for a charity that I'm doing
Finishing my studies in April
Learning to not give so much of myself to the wrong people

Improving at golf, getting my handicap down
The Ryder cup
The Euro's (Football)
Tour De France
Photo trips

2015 SUCKS! (ok, sucked)
looking forward to:
have a home
regain health
make music, find a band
find a partner
some friends
finish some projects
read all the books I am downloading

what can I say, I am an optimist

This is pretty much my thought for next year as well. I worry about it as well, although I don't think there's anything wrong with pursuing things that make one happy.
Good luck to everyone in their goals for the coming year!

Losing a bit of weight, I've put on stacks over the past 3years! Time to sort it out.
Getting a new job. I recently moved into a new job, it's good but it's not for me.

There are no things to looking forward to, at least for me.

There must be things you want and can at least work towards. Try and set some fairly achievable goals for the year, that way it won't end up feeling like a complete waste.

I want peace... Peace as a state of mind.
I want to be happy and more grateful.
I want to finish my research about breastfeeding.
I want to find a partner and friends.
I want to form a new band.
And I want my hair to grow >.<
And of course, keep being healthy, me and my family.

I don't know really... It feels like it doesn't matter what I do, bad luck follows.

I feel like this a lot of times in my life, honestly.

But there is always something you can pull out of life to look forward to, even if not that, to at least be content with. I know things are tough for you right now, fairy and I know it's hard to see anything to matter and I perfectly understand that because that's exactly how I felt the last time I got out of a relationship... but this is the time for you to be kind to yourself, take care of yourself, pamper you anyway you can and just let yourself feel so that you can try to move on.

This isn't the time for you to look forward to anything if you ask me. Just take the time now to recuperate from everything. *hugs*
