Could be one of many. Schizophrenia, Manic Depression, Psychosis. There are all interweaved somehow. Best to consult a doctor if it is an ongoing problem for you though.

Im not really sure...if it's an illness.
When you interact and socailize with people...you generally hear them and see them.lol
Not unless you're deaf, and blind.
i guess if you wanna catch illed people....hang out with ill people.lol

You mean as in delusional?
Well...you can drop acid.
Smoke weed with high thc level.
Stay up for 3-4 days.
Isolate yourself.

Your eyeballs has blind spots.
Your brain creates images to cover up those blind spots...
So when you're ****** up and/or very tired...you'll see wierd
**** at the conner of your eyes becuase you're brain isnt
performing as it should or not up to speed.

We all have internal vioces...Some of us have positive
internal dialog...other have negative dialog.
The vioce is nutrual
Sometimes we'll hear songs that will just pop into our heads.

We all have a creative mind...you know this.
How in the heck do you thinking people write music, paint art, designs cars, fashion, architech?

So what and why do you wanna play ILL?
What payoffs are you seeking and wanting?

Are you taking any meds or illegal drugs? Some of them could cause hallucinations. It could also be any of the other above mentioned issues. However, it's never really a good idea to self diagnose, as it could fit into a lot of diseases/illnesses. I would recommend seeing a doctor for a thorough diagnosis if you are having a problem.

No, I don't have this "problem". I want to, but don't want to take any illegal drugs or nnothing like that.

I'm sorry, but why the hell would you WANT to have that problem? People every day have that problem for real, it's not a game and I'm sure it's not fun....

If you leave the house you can see and hear people all the time. It's crazy.

Becuase I want tohave an imaginary friend that I can see and hear, as if there were real.

So get a damn blow up doll. I'm sure every person who has an illness like that would be highly offended by you actually saying you WANT something like that.

Clearly, I wasn't thinking right when I said that.

Think before I speak. I was just wondering what it was called, now that it has been answered.

Topic to be deleted.

I actually wish I had this condition at times too. However it's not as pretty as one might think, since there is a terrible feeling of dread that accompanies it.

I didn;t really think it out before I posted it. A lot of times, I speak without thinking first. My have what I want to say, but can't think. It sounds right at the time, but later on, I go to read it, and it dosen't sound right. There is more to it, then seeing/hearing people that aren't there, it really messes ya up. I should be thankful, I don't have this.
