So romantic, but also so sad. A simple, beautiful, bittersweet song. Highly recommended, although perhaps best not to listen to it if you're already feeling emotional about something! Gets me misty-eyed every time.

My bf (now husband) sent me this song several months after we began dating. He said it was how he felt. I was one of the "rocker chicks" in the 80s, so I adored it instantly.

my choice is Ill follow you into the dark, by death cab for cutie.
Its alternative-ish and not what i usually listen to, but its awesome. Its about total and utter devotion. It makes my soul yearn for someone i could love like the song says.
