i think it's great to encourage excersise and hygene which is good, but
i think he pushes it a little bit too much to the point that this is the only solution he makes it seem like and women will only like men who are buff which i disagree with,

but point being, i really don't think we need another thread to focus on this which seems to be creating some tension
