When The Rain Hits The Tin Roof.
I sit up on my couch, drowsily opening my eyes to sunbeams drifting in through the curtain and I hear the pitter patter of tiny raindrops on the roof, a quiet roar and the rolling thunder booming aloud like an angry giant, booming so softly, drifting into quiet. I step outside hearing the rain becoming louder and I sit on the porch swing. Cats run across the lawn. A beautiful day if ever was one.
