Im feeling really horrible tonight and the worst part is I dont even know why, I joined a band and we played an awesome shot today, we even got paid a little, I have a few new friends, yet Im still feeling kinda lonely, I have so much on my mind that half the time I dont even know whats bothering me -____-

I wouldn't worry too much if I were you - it seems that if you had less on your mind, you'd have reason to celebrate :) I think once you get all that stuff off of your mind, you'll feel a lot better. After all, joining a band, getting paid, and making new friends generally aren't exactly bad things.

I get anxities attacks from time to time. Without any particular reasons.
Nothing wrong or bad had happened.

There can be many factors, such as just being tired not getting another rest.
Thinking too much in itself is very draining.
Or lack of proper diet...vitamins defecientcy.

There's living tools to help you cope...
This too shall pass..basically dont figure it out and the feelings will pass.

There's other things such as sexual tensions or needing sexual releaved.
While having a healty sex life will help.
Obviously being in a relationship and having sex helps on the lonely part.

Like I say...I'll still get anxity attacks even if my life is good and having sex all the time.

Let go. :)

I think your afraid that it's all too good to be true! Hang in there, don't have self-fulfilling prophecies (negative ones!) and hang out with your new friends whenever you can.

Good luck!

Its something like that, Im starting to think its trust problems that are playing a big part as well, Ive been betrayed so many times by so many people that I start naturally expecting it from people

Yeah, you never know; these might not betray you.

Try to reduce your expectations as well.

There you go, there's your problem. You need to clear your mind and learn to trust people again. I'm in the same boat as you, and I haven't learned how to deal with either of those yet. I haven't trusted anyone for the past 10 years now. Wish I could give you some helpful advice but I don't have any. :(
