I've been single my entire life (almost 23) but a few months ago I met a really awesome girl. She's also really good looking, and I'd consider myself maybe average, so that's a plus. Anyway, the few times we've met we've really connected a lot, and I know she's kind of into me, as I am into her. This is a new development, and an exciting thing I've longed for for as long as I can remember. We've been texting a lot, but I haven't seen her in a few months, cause she lives really far away. I've noticed lately her texts have been a little bit shorter. But we still have plans to hang out through some mutual friends (who live at a good halfway point between us) and she does seem excited about it. I really like her and I want to make this work, we'll be hanging out in about two weeks. I have all sorts of nervous energy and impatience over seeing her, cause again, we had a very strong and real connection when we met before. I just hope going a few months without seeing me didn't completely dull the emotions down and that she still finds me "adorable" and "interesting" like she did before. It would mean a lot to me. Send me some good vibes, prayers, you know, if you're into that thing. Or just write a positive comment and tell me I won't be lonely forever
