I find it hard to believe, seeing as they are quick to tell you it's not real within the show. wwe has all this extra content; documentaries, behind the scenes featurettes, podcasts, and the like, where they show you whats it like for them to train, come up with their characters and etc.

I think most of them know on some level that it's not real, but the one 100% believes it's real. That said, she lives in her own delusional world of her own making, ignoring all reality if it doesn't make her look good.

you have to be in a really backward place mentally to still think its real as an adult. I need to reiterate, they all but tell you that it isn't real. on this thing called the internet that we are all using right now, if you type in wrestling into any search engine, you will quickly find someone/something talking about wrestling in a "shoot" context, which is to say, they will be talking about wrestling as if it is a performance, which it is. this guy wanted to be booked to beat to beat this guy, this guy was mad he didn't get this title, this gal talking about how much she enjoyed wrestling this other gal. they damn near don't even try to hide it.
it perplexes me that any adult in 2025 would operate under that context.
