It's a good book, which I used to live my life by for some time, but unfortunately, it's advice doesn't wash anymore in some areas. Like, you can no longer just compliment people as it can be seen as creepy or harassment or worse.

I still do it, and I'm careful how I do it, and most of the time it isn't an issue, but it also has been an issue, in a big way.
