Selene is the greek goddess of the moon.
I love the moon. It's beautiful even not having light of it's own and we see only half of it from here, so I'm intrigued by the "dark side of the moon"... also, it's a way of saying that everything, no matter how beautiful, has a dark side.

Meaw comes from me liking cats, and is also my initials. It was first used (at least as far as I can remember) in an mmorpg.
If one cuts the name in two, and get Me and aw, then turn one of those around, they look the same. Also works with spinning the whole name around so one sees it "upside down". I have a lot more usernames, and a lot more stories behind them, but this is the relevant one here

I am a computer programmer.
An unsigned integer has no sign bit, so it can never be a negative value.
It's a small reminder to myself to try to stay positive...but I will admit I can be very, very negative and in general am more negative than positive.

Oh okay, that's interesting. I know all about negativity and then some. I try to live in the more positive light now, but do get negative at times as we're human.
In the 2000s decade I was an avid listener of Mozart's music and at that time I also started to socialize on the internet, choosing user names from the world of his operas characters ... since they brought me luck in finding serious relationships I kept this pattern and now Papageno is a character from Mozart's last opera who finally found a wife so for me too I hope it's the last of my user names created for socializing purpose
