3rd times a charm

So, yeah, this is my third time trying to write an introduction on this forum and know I'm just gonna go for it.

I feel very detached and lonely most of the time, even though I live with my fiancé and have friends and family to talk to and hang out with. I don't know why I feel so lonely, I think I've just always felt that way.
