Any Kindle owners?

I have a Kindle 3G with nearly 1,000 e-books in it and my biggest hassle is trying to discover what I do to get the books into author order: A-Z. Presently the books are in title order: A-Z. It is not a practical solution. It is highly irritating.

Anyone?

Go up to where it says "Showing All 1000 Items"and hit right.

Should allow you to sort by Most Recent, Title, Author, and Collections.

I also have a kindle 3g. What I do is keep all of my ebooks on my computer and only when I decide on a few to read will I put them on the kindle. When I finish reading I delete them off.

Does anyone know how to link your PC kindle version and your actual kindle to save your bookmarks, and notes and stuff between both versions? Is it even possible? I like to switch to my PC when I'm at my computer but I have to remember the exact number I stopped at on my kindle and scroll to that point on the PC. Then remember the new number after I read some when I go back to my kindle later.

Try syncing your kindle when you turn it on Kamya. I don't read books on my computer so I've never had to deal with that.

And with the 3g there may even be an auto-sync function.
