Do you find dangerous acts appealing? Would you ever Bungee Jump? I've seen what happens to some of those who take risks
like Bungee Jumping. Call me a sissy if you want, but the thought of it scares the hell out of me.

Thank you for viewing.:)

No I wouldn't, I got brave one summer and decided to go on the upside down roller coaster at six flags....................... was ok at first, tic tic ting to the top.... then it stops.... for a long minute.... and all of a sudden a drop... I had a HEART ATTACK! I saw my life flash before my eyes! kept my eyes closed the whole ride, and prayed my head off, promising to be a good girl, for the rest of my life!! ..........
I know.... I have not been very good to hold my end of the bargain ..

I think that's when I feel most alive- I suspect one of the reasons I've been so blah lately is because I haven't made opportunities to get the "rush". It's going to change very soon here- I want risk back in my life.

I wouldn't call myself a "junkie" and no I've not really done anything like that but I can be stupidly impulsive at times so who knows.

I do sort of find it appealing in others. It doesn't even have to be dangerous just someone who will up and do something I feel drawn to. That said, the fact Ioan Gruffudd did his own base jump stunt in the film Sanctum did make go a bit funny. :shy:

I once saw a video where a guy was Bungee Jumping. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but he hit his head on a concrete block that was part of the structure's support. His skull was split in two. If you were to look at his head from the top, it looked like a piece of pizza was sliced out.

I wouldn’t call myself a junkie but I have forced myself into certain situations in a bid for an adenine rush due to its addictive qualities. I’ve done the usual things; mountain climbing, white water rafting, paragliding, parachuting and snow boarding. I’d like to give base jumping a go but since it’s illegal in most places it’s hard to do.

I’ve also worked some unusual jobs in a bid to get that rush; the most extreme being a private security job in the Middle East which required me to use firearms and pilot a small helicopter. For a long time I wanted to join the Air Force simply for the rush of flying planes.

There is something extremely addictive to pushing yourself to your limits and then surpassing them.

Of course this is the danger but you can be killed or suffer horrific injuries doing the most mundane or everyday tasks to. If we thought of the worst case scenario of everything we would never do anything.

I remember watching a documentary on that French "spider man". Who climbs up the outside of buildings with no safety ropes. Gah I can't remember his name but it was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen.

That's a good point.

Was that the Man On Wire guy?

That went across the World Trade Centres illegally on a tightrope?

If so, yeah, that was amazing indeed. He was a nutter though :D

No this guy climbed up loads of buildings and other large structures without any safety equipment. Of course he was always getting arrested too!

I have heard of the tightrope thing though.

- No

- I have done some rock climbing and repelling before, but that is as far as it goes for me.

- Truth be told, I shook like leaf while repelling for the first twenty or so feet down.

- I am terrified of heights!

I want to go rock climbing, but...

The only thing here that aren't at sea level are mounds made up by trash!

I'd also like to parachute off an airplane. :D

I like being close to the ground. Don't even like to take planes much.

My fear of heights produced an undesirable incident some time ago, while we were on a ride at the theme park my stupid friend told some guy to stop it so I could get off... (apparently I looked scared with my eyes closed). Embarasing moment.
