Definitely.
Coke's more carbonated and Pepsi is sweeter, and as you said, coke seems to have a stronger flavor :)

I like Pepsi more, mainly as it's sweeter.

I actually drink a lot of coke and I agree, it has a slightly sweeter taste and I think leaves a waxy taste on your tongue.

Way back in middle school, we did an experiment. We wrote the brand we liked, tasted each beverage, and then wrote if we preferred A or B. I guess it was to see if we really liked the drink. I assumed colas all tasted the same and was surprised to find that I did prefer one over the other. I don't remember which one I chose. I only get soda a few times a year, and I usually prefer Sierra Mist, anyway.

coke dries out my throat, and pepsi is bland, so i stick drinking the oh so awesome dr. pepper! but out of coke and pepsi, i like coke moe. more flavor!

I prefer coke to pepsi and i agree with all the members : its more flavorful!

Pepsi is too bland.

I've drunk Coke all my life so I tend to find Pepsi more foreign and definitely unwanted when I have to have it..I only dabble in the full fat variety (which of course means I'm also going to hell, but whatever) but regular Coke definitely has a unique aftertaste to Pepsi, and also a different initial hit to your tongue. I haven't had Pepsi in a long time otherwise I'd attempt to explain the difference, but I can tell you Coke has that interesting aftertaste that, while not delicious, isn't unpleasant...which is probably why it's such a win in the pop department over Pepsi. Coca Cola maintain the only legal company to ship the coca plant legally, right? I don't think Coke contains cocaine like it "possibly" did in the past, but meh, it might have some natural plant extracts from the coca plant in it that gives it the distinctive, and slightly addictive taste.

Pepsi just sucks, but a drink is a drink, at the end of the day. I mainly drink Monster Energy now anyway, another product of Coca Cola (I'm definitely going to hell, damned for all eternity) but still, fond memories of Coca Cola remain.

Did I make any sense? I rarely do, so sorry if I didn't.

I have 2 cans of Monster Energy in my fridge, I don't know who they belong to but no one's drinking them for months now. Are they evil drinks? What do they do? Give you a heart attack??

Oh yeah, the monster. Heart attack in a can :) Love it too!

They make a sugar free one now, Monster Zero. It'll hold back diabetes, but it's not going to stop the heart attack I'm due to receive, lol. Waking up to caffeine and drinking it throughout the day, combined with ignoring food when possible. I feel healthy, thanks to that little chemical. My mind is happy but my body is like WHY! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?

They're just a standard energy drink, taking from the Red Bull energy drinks market but delivering it in a full size can. It's more taste than true energy, but it does come with the caffeine, taurine and glucose kick that made other energy drinks popular. Because it's both tasty and makes the brain feel alive, alert and "happy" it's quite popular, despite the problems it can cause to your body, none of which I'm an expert in but, increased heartrate being one of them, can lead to a heart attack. Typically this only happens when the person is stressed out, overworking and quite possibly drinking more than one can a day/hour. Regardless, it's nice. Try it :) but not the ones in the fridge, they're probably ready to dissolve small boulders by now.

Hehe :) I like the green and the yellow one. Color coding ftw.

I started with the Green one, and when they brought out the yellow RIPPER version, immediately adopted that one, which was very tasty. They brought out the orange KHAOS version, and me both being a fan of Warhammer 40,000 and also Monster in general, figured it would be awesome. It turned out to be orange flavoured, and thus was clearly destined to burn in the fires of hell, disgust and failed promises. Anyway KHAOS sucks.

Then I found Monster Zero, which seems to taste similar if slightly off to RIPPER, so I drink that now.

But yeah, green, yellow and...lightning blue cloud can (uh yeah) for the win, and yeah, colour coding rocks. :D

Well, it has a high addiction rating on the weaker willed, lesser minded races. Uh people, I mean people. So if you feel you're not strong willed, try only perhaps a sip from a friends one, so not only do you not risk the huge kick your brain will get, but you also have no chance of drinking the whole can because it belongs to another, fully addicted human. I mean person.

Regardless, it's good for the days that drag and isn't likely to completely kill you instantly, so it's worth trying. There are many flavours though, so I guess getting it right might take some time. Or just go with your favourite colour and just throw your taste buds to the wind.
