Part of it's genetics, part of it's diet, part of it's physical labor, and part of it's drugs and alcohol usage. It varies from person to person. Just like with dietary practices too much or too little physical labor can also have an effect on the body, and the same is true with drug usage and alcohol abuse. Some drugs don't age you and others do. Ibuprofen. SSRI's and vitamins won't age you, but a hardcore cocaine or meth addiction over time will. as will extreme alcohol usage.

Ageing is a gradual thing, it's not like the minute you hit 30 all your hairs go white and fall off or have all these wrinkles sprout overnight.
Obviously genetics and lifestyle play a part but make no mistake ageing is still taking place. Some lifestyle habits will definitely accelerate that process.
Have you asked your friend what he does to look youthful? Maybe he could be an android...🤫

People seem to be aging slower from generation to generation. Compare actors in the mid 20th century to now. For example Sean Connery looked middle aged at 30. Some of it is lifestyle (not smoking, better diets) and people generally living longer, some of it would be to do with a cultural emphasis on looking young.

30, 20...they're all young...and grew up with the interne..I'm sure they find tutorials to mask their age. There's plenty out there. (Easter egg...I used three versions of a word correctly...)

Clothes too:
30? or 80? It's hard to tell. All I see is red. Ha! ha!

I'm turning 30 in a few months. It's very possible that I have grey hair under the dye, but no one's ever gonna know
