I don't really have any ex's. I do have a couple women I was into that were also into me although we never were official as it was long distance. One of them I don't speak with any longer and I remain friends with the other although we know we aren't meant to be.

The one I don't speak with any more- I don't hate her. I still have strong feelings for her, but it just can't work out.

That's a beautiful quote that is so true. I used to harbor bad feelings for my exes but have recently realized that this is just pointless and only puts more scars on your heart.

Recently an ex from my past who has stayed a part of my life is now looking like she may be part of my future. I now know that there is much more to be gained from loving those you interact with than there is to be gained from hating them.
