Here are some simple excerszies I do that I got from various selfhelp or controlling ur mind...
Its corny..so some people simply just wont do it. However Ive notice great improvments...
FOCUS excercizing...
Put 3 cions on a white sheet of paper..The simply remove them one @ a time..but look @ the paper as u remove each cions....
Then you simply just apply that to ******** that gose in ur head..
Becuz u visually saw it on the outside..
Those cions just represent thoughts in ur head. Youre learning how to SHUT OFF YOUR FUCKEN BRAIN and taking controll of ur mind.

Practice focusing @ various objects from afar or near..
Ur discipling ur brain and controling it
Stay consiouse and awear..so ur mind dosnt drift or go on autopilot..

Just 5 mins per day....
