Fiance and I are moving next weekend

My fiance and I are moving next weekend.He inherited a place from a great uncle of his that passed.I seen it and love it,said the shop area is mine including everything in it.His great uncle had a will and it still had to go through probate court.That mess ended on Wendsday.He is a high school principal dealing with kids.Talking getting married there next year as well.Land lord we are renting from,worked it all out too.

Plus having my son come over,he is a licensed electrician.I want him to check the electrical good in the workshop good,told him fix the problems if he sees any with no questions asked.I do not want an electrical fire out there
