Risk copyright violation and tell me if you have ever thought of an invention to change the world but were just to lazy to patent it or assumed it probably already exists.
1 A sock with snow grips to help you walk to work in icy weather, thought of when falling on my arse every winter due to my works shoes having zero grip. You slip them over your shoe thereby creating a temproary snow shoe and when you get to the office you slip them in your pocket.
I think they have already been invented though.
2 A canopy for breast feeding mum's to cover themselves in public but still see their baby. If this hasn't been invented it should be as there is nothing more awkward!
I've had others but mainly when drunk and then I forget them probably, for the best.
