This is likely going to be my dullest fourth ever, but for those that might be going out I hope you have a good one!

i hope everyone eats way too much bbq and various mayonnaise based salads.

haha thanks i has some hamburgers and probably gonna see some fireworks with my parents later this evening,

everyone have fun playing with fire and explosives XD

but don't hurt yourselves :)

A big staple of the American Independence Day celebration is fireworks. This is either by watching a professional fireworks show and/or setting some smaller ones off on your own with friends or family (the latter, of course, being more risky). Also included in stereotypical Independence Day celebrations would be Barbecue, hamburgers, hot dogs, parties, festivals, boating, large amounts of alcohol, and loud rock or country music.

EDIT: Oh, and lots of brainless patriotism. Can't forget that.

Probably not a lot of what I mentioned, but who knows. I'll likely either hang out with my roommate and his friends or... do nothing.

what do you guys do on 4th July anyway? i know why you celebrate it, i was just wondering what you do?

I'm guessing its similar to how us Brits celebrate Guy Fawkes Day on Novermber 5th.

I used to go gather up all of the fireworks that I could and blow craters in the desert... Now I just watch other people do the same =0)
