Yes, I've dropped several things on my toes and had them blister and push the nail up. So, I had to rip them off the rest of the way. Also I dropped something very heavy on my toes one time and my nails literally shot off my toes. The skin ripped apart and blood spray out too.

Yes, years ago I used something similar on my neck at times.

Never! The only time mine have not used a litter box is when they were very ill.
