If that counts: I used to always be deathly afraid of being upside down (still am to an extent), I couldn't even get myself to do a simple somersault on the floor, I was paralaysed with fear!
Now, I can do a proper yoga headstand free-standing in the middle of the room, no problem! (super proud! )
