Hello I'm New Here Looking for New Friends

Hello Everyone. I am a 35 year old female and I am new to this site. I'm in a bad relationship and am trying to work my way out of it but it is very difficult because I am so lonely right now. I think I tolerate this person's nonsense because I am afraid of being alone. I take care of my elderly grandfather who has dementia so it is difficult for me to get out very often right now. I desperately need new friends. I too like some others here neglected my friends for years because i was busy raising my child who was my best friend. Now that he is older, he is living his own life and has little time for me. I am hoping I can find some new friends my own age here so that drop my loser boyfriend and move on with my life =)

Thanks DramaQueen,,,I think more of the problem is that he does not appreciate me. I love, adore and admire this man but I sense that he just does not love me the same anymore. Therefore I know it is time to move on but it is so difficult.
