In an attempt, to cut back on caffeine laden tea and coffee i am trying to drink more herbal teas. Has anyone, got a favourite? To be quite, honest i really don't like them much.

You could try the decaffeinated coffees and teas. If you really want to try herbal tea, what sort of flavor do you like? Finding one you like would be easier if you're shooting for a specific kind of taste.

mmmmmmmmmm

ull really have 2 xperiment 2 learn ur taste
u could try @ 1st going by smell?

is way more harmful than the actual caffeine
gd luck

yeah
most of the celestial seasonings products r pretty gd

You could maybe just cut back on the number of teas & coffees you have and maybe switch to other drinks. It seems silly to force yourself to drink something you don't like or enjoy.

A guy I knew described herbal tea as "ruined water" and I have to say I pretty much agree with him.

Green tea:

Green tea helps in burn fat and boosts metabolism,
The recent study reported that
3 – 5 cups of green tea per day can help you burn more than 70 calories per day......

I think the problem with green tea is the caffeine. I'm not sure why but the OP is trying to not drink caffeine.
