How do I delete my account?

I've seen other members leave suddenly, without being banned, and I'd like to do the same.

I'm being targeted and harrassed by an administrator, and I don't feel safe here anymore. I've tried leaving several times, but my OCD keeps on kicking in and I have to return. I don't know how to ban myself.

Can someone help me? I didn't know where to post this.
