Anything up to 12 hours can't stay at the laptop any longer because my fingers, arms, neck and back start to ache so can't type but I have done a marathon for 36 hours and 24 hours before.

....Pretty much all of my waking hours are spent online

Probably a couple hours a day on line but the better part of my waking hours on a computer.

At the moment 15-30 mins per day at most.
However I've spent all day and nights on the PC before.

It's hard for me to say. I never intend to stay on the computer for as long as I do....you just lose track of time on the internet. It's sort of like asking somebody at exactly what time did you fall asleep last night? Nobody remembers cuz they're ******* unconscious. Same with staring at the computer screen. If it's more than an hour, you're basically unconscious.

LOL... ya i put nine hours but i really have no idea
