Thanx for your reply & accept me as friend, She filled false DV act. & other criminal cases only for handsome settlements but she don't know that handsome is well settled. trail is going on i have all evidence to prove my innocence. But i cant forgot my past. My love & affection toward my wife & unborn child whom she aborted.It will take time to get out this pain.

I'm sorry I didn't see your reply until now. Do you have an attorney or public defender, or are your arguing the domestic violence action pro se? I strongly recommend that you do not represent yourself in court against the complaint. If your case is in the USA, and you haven't attended any pretrial evidentiary hearings yet, I urge you to arrange or retain legal counsel.
