I don't know how it lasted this long. It was supposed to be just a one-time fling. You know, a way to blow off steam. But ya kept calling and texting. Ok, then, I'm single and not in a serious relationship, so what the hay, I thought. I hoped you would eventually just forget about me because it was never going to go anywhere. But you mistook my politeness for weakness and naivete. 3 days ago was the last straw. I'm not accepting that. That's not how I roll. I quit you. I'm looking for someone *serious* now. It will be easier for you to just forget about me.
