Spit and Drool are just words, one describes you 'spitting' saliva and the other describes saliva leaving your mouth uncontrollably.

Do you mean claustrophobic only when you're in a closet? If so I think you could, since closets are more confined that other places where you wouldn't feel it so much. Also, it could be that there would be a lock on the closet and I think that may trigger it - being locked in the closet.
